Lateresa LA Jones Now Running in Florida’s 22nd Congressional District After Redistricting
Following Florida’s redistricting, the residence of candidate Lateresa LA Jones now falls within Florida’s 22nd Congressional District. The Elect LA Jones campaign continues — same candidate, same priorities, same commitment to South Florida — now in FL-22.
“Redistricting changed the map, not the mission. South Florida is home, and the work for our families, our children, and our communities goes on. Whether the lines say District 20 or District 22, the people of South Florida deserve a representative who shows up — and I will.”
When Florida’s new congressional map redrew district boundaries this spring, the address that anchors the Lateresa Jones for Congress campaign moved into Florida’s 22nd Congressional District. The campaign’s mission is unchanged: ethical leadership for the families of South Florida, accountability in Washington, and meaningful engagement with every neighborhood across the district.
Florida’s 22nd Congressional District covers eastern Palm Beach County and a portion of northeast Broward County — including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and parts of West Palm Beach. The campaign’s issue priorities and community footprint remain the same: child safety, faith and family, economic opportunity, and the Achievable HOPE every South Florida family deserves.

Lateresa LA Jones Announces Candidacy for U.S. Congress in Florida’s 20th District
Lateresa LA Jones today officially announced her candidacy as a Republican for the United States House of Representatives in Florida’s 20th Congressional District, launching a campaign centered on accountability, transparency, and restoring trust in public service.
“For too long, the people of this district have been left behind by a system that prioritizes politics over people. I’m running to bring integrity back to leadership and to ensure that government works for the people—not the other way around.”
Jones, a political advocate and community-focused leader, has supported campaigns across the country and is stepping forward to bring bold, unapologetic leadership to Washington. Her campaign will focus on ethics reform, economic opportunity, and meaningful engagement with communities across Broward and Palm Beach counties.
“Our communities deserve leadership that is present, responsive, and honest,” Jones added. “We need real solutions that address rising costs, strengthen families, and create opportunities for growth and stability.”

No more cover-ups. No more excuses.
